Corporate Image Management and Bank Performance in Nigeria

The lack of consensus on the relationship between corporate image management and bank performance prompted this research. study investigates deposit money banks in Nigeria 2007 2017. Quantitative approach methodology where secondary data are collected analysed relevant variables for eight which include five tier one lenders three two is applied. Panel analysis adopted as estimating technique. From result, random effect result shows that only governance out proxies has significant impact customer retention banks. Both social responsibility environmental failed to have retention. recommends should continue improving their it a good measure contribute significantly performance.
